DARK ANGEL TRAGEDY

Argus and Rafaela: The Twins Light Failed

Mobile Legends has plenty of lore, but Argus and Rafaela’s story is one of the few that actually earns its melodrama. They are twin angels raised by the same mother, trained for the same holy mission, and then split apart by the Monastery of Light’s hypocrisy, a cursed sword, and one brutally unfair truth.

Rafaela became the beloved Wings of Holiness. Argus became the Dark Angel. And the worst part? The Light did not lose him to the Abyss. It pushed him there.

The Secret Behind Their Birth

Their mother was an ordinary woman forced by the Monastery’s Sacrists to drink holy water and bear a child for the Lord of Light. Angelic pregnancy takes three years, and after two years of isolation she escaped to reunite with her lover.
The Sacrists found them, killed the man for “defiling” the sacred bloodline, dragged her back, and she died in childbirth one year later. She left behind twins: a radiant girl and a boy whose eyes resembled her murdered lover.
That boy was Argus. He was not a pure angel at all—he was half-human, the very species he would later grow to despise.

The Light’s Favorite Child Problem

The Monastery wanted Rafaela on stage and Argus in the basement. She glowed, healed, inspired faith, and fit the legend that angels could only be female. Argus had the same divine power but the wrong gender, the wrong bloodline, and the wrong face.
So they hid his origins, denied him recognition, and let Rafaela receive every prayer, flower, and compliment while Argus fought in the shadows. Even Rafaela could see the injustice, but no matter how often she defended him, the institution never changed.
Argus did not start evil. He started as a devoted brother who believed in protecting peace and spreading the Light. The tragedy is that the Light treated his devotion like an inconvenience.

The Blade That Broke Him

During a battle, Argus chased fleeing demons into a trap, turned it into a massacre, and took a legendary demonic sword from the enemy camp. The moment he gripped it, buried memories flooded into his mind: his parents’ love, his father’s murder, his mother’s suffering, and his own human origin.
The sword was cursed by Cyd - God of Destruction. Rafaela could not raise her weapon against him. Argus could not go back. So the twins walked away from each other—one into sainthood, the other into eternal pain.

The Gameplay Mirrors the Lore

Argus’ kit is basically his trauma with a sword attached. His passive, Warmonger, builds Malice Energy through attacks and rewards him with a defense-piercing slash and lifesteal. His ultimate, Eternal Evil, removes debuffs, makes him death-immune for four seconds, and converts damage dealt into healing.
In other words: Argus gets stronger the more he suffers, refuses to die when he should, and heals by hurting everyone around him. That is not just a fighter design. That is a lore-accurate emotional support demon.
Rafaela is the opposite. She heals, speeds up allies, revives the fallen, and stuns enemies with Holy Baptism. Her gameplay is compassion; Argus’ is resentment. Same bloodline, opposite coping mechanisms.

From Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and Blood Strike to Goddess of Fate (because apparently, the bikini skins are essential research 😂), he plays hard, roasts harder, and spares absolutely nobody—not even himself after a catastrophic gaming session. A hardcore Dragon Ball fanatic who rides for Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Whis. Will he argue that Goku beats Sung Jinwoo? Absolutely. Does logic support his argument? Irrelevant. He has 25 reasons, three questionable calculations, and enough Saiyan pride to challenge the entire Solo Leveling fandom. 😂 My philosophy? I stand by what i like, questions what I dislike, and write what i loves. I doesn't need to be right to be loud, but i could make you regret challenging me anyway. Welcome to the dark side of WASABI.
